There's been a alot said about Markos's remarks. I just want to point out one thing. The way the remark has gotten blown out of proportions is through the sickest, most racest site on the internet. Go read little green footballs regularly, what Markos said pales in compairson to what Charles Johnson says 10 times a day, which pales by what goes on in the comment section of lgf. It was picked up by the Limbaugh of blogsphere, Glenn Reynolds, who linked to conservative views of the incident. Some of the lovely comments, about how we; in the left are against the US; or whether they can question our patriotism now, etc... were linked to by Glenn. Those posts would have just been out there before Glenn decided he'd be the Fox News on the blogosphere. The fact that the story, linked to by Glenn became whether Democratic candidates should pull their ads, is part of their schtick. I don't think Glenn Reynolds is anything but a conservative Republican. Kos was definitely wrong, but the backlash from the conservative wing has been disgusting.
